Parts choice
OE-quality as standard
Fixed-price packages use OE-quality parts that meet the relevant manufacturer specification. Genuine Volkswagen Group parts can be supplied on request; the package price then increases only by the difference in component cost.
Suitable OE-quality parts should not in themselves invalidate a manufacturer warranty under applicable European rules. Warranty terms vary, so please confirm any specific requirements with the warranty provider.
When a package may vary
Vehicle-specific items
A tailored quote may be needed for unusually large oil capacity, specialist or long-life oil, additional filters, manufacturer-specific service items, spark plugs, brake fluid, coolant, timing belt or chain work, DSG or S tronic servicing, or Haldex servicing.
Send the registration and VIN where possible so TorqueLab can confirm the correct specification and provide a detailed quotation.
General mechanical work
Standard labour: €75 + VAT
Applies to general maintenance, clutches, timing belts, servicing outside a fixed package, and mechanical repairs where relevant.
Specialist diagnostics
€100 + VAT per hour
A two-hour minimum applies, so the initial minimum diagnostic charge is €200 + VAT. If more time is needed, TorqueLab will provide an update and agree any further diagnostic work before continuing.
